The nursery and early childhood classrooms are on the northeast and north halls. Elementary classrooms are on the southeast and south halls. The KidZone room is on the north hall.
Infant Nursing Room
We have established a quiet area where nursing mothers can feed their infants in privacy. The area is located just inside the women's restroom in the east hallway. It is equipped with rocking chairs, a couch and a crib. You may also access live video feed from the auditorium.
Changing Tables
Changing tables are located in all restrooms (men's and women's), the infant nursery, and room 8 in the nursery area.
A Safe Place
High Pointe is a Safe Place for families. All employees and volunteers that
work with children are required to attend a safety training session and
provide information for a screening process.
This training provides guidelines for safety procedures and classroom
conduct. The screening process
includes completion of a Safe Place application and a background check. Screened and trained individuals
can be identified by their photo badge with the Safe Place logo.
Parents of children ages
0-3 complete a security sticker for their child and receive a sticker
with a matching number. The
matching numbered sticker is used as a security measure when children
are picked up.
All children in KidZone
have 2 name badges. The child
wears one as a name tag and the 2nd is
kept by the parent and used as identification when picking up the
child.
Parents can participate in
Bible class and worship knowing their children are loved and secure.
The church must have a completed parental consent form on file before children and youth can participate in the many extracurricular activities and trips here at High Pointe. You may print and complete the consent form and turn in to the office. Click here for Parental Consent Form
