The last thing that Jesus said to his followers before he went back to heaven was this: "Go, make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you" (Mt. 28:18-19). When Jesus said make disciples of all nations, the word there means "ethnic groups." Jesus calls us to make Christ followers among every different group of people--every tribe, race, and tongue.
While the United States is increasingly more diverse ethnically, fulfilling Christ's command still involves going both across the street and across the world. The following links lead to various overseas works that are supported by High Pointe. |
