My name is David Moses, I'm the Youth Guy and I grew up in Arlington, Texas. I went to Abilene Christian University where I graduated back in the late 1900’s with a Psychology Degree and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. While at ACU I met the love of my life. Her name is Juli and she is the best part of my life!
We came to High Pointe in April of 2002 with over 11 years of youth ministry experience. We have three children: Emily, Abbey and Zachary and in my spare time you can find me on a field or court somewhere coaching one of their sport’s teams. They are my joy and I could not be any more proud of them! Beyond that, I’m an ESPN junkie, a huge Longhorn fan, and I enjoy watching or participating in most sports! I have a passion for young people and watching them experience Christ’s love for them. There’s nothing I enjoy more than helping teens become true disciples of Christ. God has truly blessed me!
The primary focus of the High Pointe youth ministry is the development of spiritually-based relationships through worship, community, service, and outreach. We are supported by a volunteer base of parents and other committed adults that seek to model and teach Christian values and truths through classes, retreats, camps, and other major events.
