The life and mission of the High Pointe Church of Christ is modeled after Jesus' life and mission: seeking the lost, serving the community and sharing the good news. The High Pointe Youth are not just the future of the church--they are the church--and are thus a vital part of this mission.
The High Pointe Youth Ministry seeks to help families and parents in the spiritual formation of Middle School and High School students so that they develop the spirit/heart/will of Jesus: loving God and their neighbors as themselves, resulting in a life of mission and service.
The High Pointe Youth are shaped spiritually and reach out in many ways, including:
Sunday morning (9 AM) and Wednesday night Bible classes and training (7 PM)
Weekly youth devotionals
Spiritual disciplines such as prayer, Scripture memorization and meditation, fasting
Sunday morning worship (10 AM)
Fellowship and fun activities
Community Service Projects/Mission McKinney
Retreats and camps
Social Networking
Daily lives of outreach and service

The text message alerts will be used to quickly communicate any news, information, and reminders about the youth ministry. This will be a primary communication tool for the students, however everyone who is involved with the youth ministry is strongly encouraged to sign-up. Parents, to keep you from getting unwanted alerts please sign-up for both age groups if needed. However, there is no need for parents to sign-up under volunteer or adult leader. Your title as parents gives you this role as a leader and volunteer in the youth ministry. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link below.
